Can I return my order?

All sales are final and no refund will be issued. Our return policy is only for exchange (replacing one product with another) within 14 days of receipt of shipment / purchase. Shipping cost is paid by you.

What if I received a damaged product?

If your package arrives damaged, email us at support@mumzdream.com within the first week of receiving the package
and we will replace the damaged ones free of charge including shipping costs.

Where do you ship?

Presently MumzDream delivers to Jerusalem, West Bank and Arab 48 cities and villages.

Will I have to pay taxes?

As per our policy, the VAT is included within the sale price.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept payments through credit card, bank transfer and Cash on Delivery.

Do I have to be a member to place an order?

No. However there are many advantages with being member. Junior Brand members can check the status of their orders online, create wish lists.

Can I pay cash upon delivery?

Yes, you may pay cash upon delivery. Please note that delivery charges are paid by you.

 Why is my order incomplete?

Could you have chosen Partial Shipping at the checkout? If so, we’ve sent you the items that were available first and then we will send you the remaining items in a second delivery.
